OK just a quick question. I do the usual ab routine exercises. Sit ups, crunches...etc. Even when I was 40 lbs lighter, I still had the lower abdominal belly pooch. What in your opinions is the most effective exercise to combat this bulge?

I have been reading a lot of information on this subject lately! Yes, this is my main problem area too! From what I have learned the lower body is very hard for women to lose fat in. For some reason are bodies tend to hold on to this and lose fat on the upper body first. The only way to lose the fat on your lower body, or specifically

I am going to have to agree with what Darcy has said! I know there are stong lean muscles under this fat, lol!
