~gentle hugs~ Cher! I don't know what to tell you...the only thing I can think of why it's sore when you're sitting at the desk is that the pressure is too much, when you're walking the pressure is being eased by stepping (does that make sense?)...


As for the bump...maybe it's the exact spot where you got whacked! My knee is still a little iffy too, and no bruise either. It's only if I move certain ways, or even when I try to really straighten the leg. We're just crocks, let's face it, lol!


I'm hoping that someone else (and Steffy might be the one for this- with all her experience and all, lol) will be able to give you some more constructive advice here.


For the time being all I can say is- hang in there, it seems that unfortunately it takes us a little longer to heal these days ~IG

I know, I know. We're getting old. I'm wondering if the little bump is where I hit that board the other day. lol.


All in all though, it IS getting better. I can put on lotion w/o wincing in pain. hehehe.
