Wow- Grapefruit does work

A few weeks ago, I started drinking 6 oz of grapefruit juice with my breakfast, lunch and dinner, and during that same time, I hurt my knee, so I have not been doing my normal intense cardio work outs either.

I took my measurements, and my thighs went down, ANOTHER inch!!!. I never lose weight in my thighs, never!! They have not moved in 7 years, (although I have lost weight pretty much everywhere else)

I think the low impact, and grape juice combo, really does burn more fat. Around this time last year, I used to run an 1.5 hours every day, my fat ratio was 23%, and I never lifted weights.

Then, I completely fell off the horse, and gained back like 20 pounds. My fat ratio went back up to 28% I did not exercise for 6 months.

when I got back to exercising, I started exercises with weights, and moderate cardio. Recently, I've just been walking, and doing some conditioning exercises. Even though I am 15 pounds heavier, my fat is still 23%.

I am to where I was last year, WITHOUT the marathon workouts, and the starvation.

I think its the grapefruit juice. It really does work!!. I hear eating grapefruit is even better, and burns even more fat. This is my new dietary staple!

That's terrific news- not about your weight loss over the past year...but about the body fat %- wonderful! And to think grapefruit is your secret!

You know I keep forgetting about just getting grapefruit juice! I like grapefruits, but first thing in the morning don't want to deal with the hassle of cutting them up, etc... (I know I could do it the night before- blah, blah, blah, lol). Next time I'm out shopping I'll have a look for the juice. Anything is worth a shot at this stage. Thanks for the *tip* and *reminder*.

Are you getting the pure grapefruit juice in cartons, or frozen?

I get the Tropicana kind, that says unsweetened, and that has calcium in it. Whatever you get, try to stay away from the blends, and sugar. Better yet, though it is messy, eating grapefruit is even better. I am trying to.
