That is the only way I am able to use flaxeed oil, in salad dressings. Do you have any other suggestion? I know I go through my phases where I will eat salad, and then I don't.
Well I put two tablespoons in a protein shake every morning and blend it well and you never taste it at all ( I have strawberry flavored protein shakes) and I drink it while I'm doing my makeup. For PCOS it's best to take the flax seed oil in the morning, which is why I do it then.
They suggest mixing it in with cottage cheese since it has a nutty buttery flavor. But I don't know any other ways.
