How do you get your 5 vegees a day?

Hi Everyone,
Just wondering. What are your tricks for the five vegees a day rule?
I, personally, do not get that much fruit, as I seem to be allergic to most of it, (peaches, apples, etc..) but one thing I will do, is drink juiced mixes, like carrot juice, and I eat a lot of broccoli, and asparagus, and brussel sprouts.
With the juicing, how many ounces equal a serving of my five vegees a day. Anyone know? Does 8 ounces of grapefruit count as a vegee?

Hi Sediqua...good question and my answer is (said with my head hung in shame), I don't normally get 5 servings a day unless I make a true concerted effort.
Well, I'm not a big veggie girl, and good fruit is hard to come by here in the summer time.

I too try really hard to get those fruit and veggies in. I've found recently that when I go shopping I get certain cravings, and not the bad kind! The other day it was a veggie crave; I bought brocolli, carrots, snow peas, peppers, and canned corn! Having lots of variety on hand is making it easier to reach the 5 a day. Today when I went shopping is was a fruit craving; I bought mixed fruit bowl, plums, oranges, orange juice, canned grapefruit. Again having the variety around makes eating them easier!
One way I do really well on eating my 5 a day is to make a veggie soup. As I live alone one batch usually lasts me about a week. One day a bowl for lunch, the next have it for dinner w/a salad. Or as others have said including
