Wagon? What wagon?

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to say that I'm around still. Fell off the wagon big time this week. I guess it didn't help that one day DBF brought me a Cinnabon and then last night my mom bought Krispy Kreme Donuts.
And alas, I'm having surgery tomorrow, nothing major nor life threatening, so don't worry, but it just means I won't get to do any exercise for like 2 weeks (no steffy, not even the horizontal mumbo. lol).
But, on the upside. I do plan on taking it slow when I get back, but I do PLAN on easing myself back in. I still have my goals, and although it's moved around, it's still goals. =)
I hear walking is always good.lol. Thought I"d update everyone.

I had a Cinnabun - with extra frosting, Sunday and Dunkin Donuts yesterday.
I fell off the wagon and rolled down a huge hill.
BUt I am making my way back to the stop for Monday.
Good luck with the surgey & have a speedy recovery.

The wagon that jsut blew right past you, huh??
Wow. Okay, I'm definitely not alone. lol. That's creepy though. Mostly because I haven't had a Cinnabon in like 5+ years. As much as it's good, I'd rather eat a donut. lol.
Yup, I'm at the bottom of the hill right now. I will work my way up during my two weeks off. I have a lot to do, to get my life in order. So, that'll be the time to figure out a good schedule for myself and STICK to it.

I GOT IT!!!
Maybe I should RUN BEHIND the wagon, that way, I'm getting my exercise in....but not for a week or so. lol.
I'm not sure how I'll hold out, but we'll see. hehehe. I hear one week is okay, but I have no idea. As for exercise, I'm probably goign to stay away from golf and extreme exercise for the two weeks. I'd hate to bust a stitch or soemthing. y'know. =)
Cher, I hope your surgery goes well, and your recovery is speedy!!!
