Hi Everyone,

I'm back. I'm doing well. I had the whole weekend to recover and it was great. I got out a bit, but yet, rested a lot. Which is really good. I feel good so far, but then again, it's only 8am.

I got my budget together (with help from my DBF), and now, I will start to formulate some sort of exercise program. BUT, with the budget, that means, bringing lunch to work, which means less junk food. That's a plus.

I think this time will help me a lot. I want to get my life together and by the beginning of september, things are going to start in a better direction. =)

I'm trying to think positively.

When I was a kid, my folks, for fun, would take us to go see new houses. I LOVED walking thru, checking out the floorplans, see how they flowed, etc, etc, etc. I've always loved houses. I was going to go into it straight out of high school, but they were like a dime a dozen, so I went for something else. hindsight, shoulda stayed with the original plan. lol. oh well, better late than never, right?

btw. i've been designing my dream house since i was like 15. lol. it's in pieces all over the place on scraps of paper. lol. one room here, one room there, lol. one day, i have to put it all together.

You're so funny Steffy. You're not that late, only by one day. lol. No worries. Also, school, I love school. It's just a matter of finding that balance. It's hard. but when you find it, it's great to take a class here or there and enjoy them. I was going to take a language class, but I"m trying to keep my units low.

Commitment phobe, huh? I freak out that I made the decision, but I'm going for it. lol. That's all I can do. Go for it!

Let's hope I feel the same about the weight loss too. between school, budget, and gym, I may get burned out.

Oh yeah. My first client. lol.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed about those classes. In one, I'm #3 on the waiting list, and the prof said she usually takes an extra 8. the other, I'm not on a waiting list, but because I talked with the prof already, he said I have priority. So, let's hope.

The funny thing is that they are two drawing classes. lol. One on the computer (CAD) and the other on paper. lol. Not really arch ARCH classes, y'know. but that's okay, ti's a start.

at leats that means when i design your house, you can TELL what i'm drawing is a house. lol
