I finally have gotten down to a comfortable weight, amazingly enough, by watching what I eat, and abiding by the 9 servings of vegees a day rule.
In the past, when I lost weight, by intense cardio and so on, my boobs were always the first to go.
Now, this time, because of an injury, and NOT being able to run, I just focused on dieting, and the occasional weight lifting routine twice a week.
I still got down to my dream weight, and I kept my boobs by taking those breast supplements.
I love the results!! No PMS, my boobs are actually better than before I lost the weight, (and sex is better too, as my husband totally noticed the results)
My fear is this. Are those supplements safe? You are not suppose to use the supplements past 90 days.

What kind of supplements are those?
Congratulations Debbie! I think Miranda's comment about weight training, and keeping your boobs intact is accurate. Though I have ample boobage, I do find when I'm regularly working out (incl. weight work) my boobs stay in better shape.
You don't mention what supplements you're taking, but you could try doing a google search on them to see if you can find any info on them (www.google.com)
Once again, way to go on hitting your goal!

I've noticed some of these ingredients in PMS supplements, or vitamins for women. Fenugreek, I've heard aids in breast feeding.
