Thinking of a new challenge....

We've been challenge-free for a month now...how about we start thinking about a new one? With the change of season coming soon I think it would be a great way to keep us on track by having some sort of challenge going on!


What do you think?

Definately some good ideas to work with here. Seems like a food thing is what's popular up to this point in the discussion.

I'm all for it. Am I bad that I can't think of anything? lol. I'm a total follower in this area. Maybe throw in a little "back to school" exercise. Like childish things. Hula hoops, jump ropes, etc. I dunno. I guess I say that cuz my mom has all that stuff, even a pogo stick cuz she read its good exercise. hehehe.


HOw about a game of hopscotch. hehehe.


Whatever it is, I'm game to try.

How about for the exercise a length of time to do would be good. Like add 10 min if you already work out or start with 20 min and build on that. Or general exercise like "do something diffrent - if you walk try jogging."

I'm all up for a challenge also... I'd personally be most interested in one that focuses on :


GETTING EXERCISE


EATING A VARIETY OF FOODS (and I'm not personally big into 'mathematics' of eating, although I really do need to be better about it) ~ I have enjoyed the 'color' challenges that we did with food.

Thanks for your ideas Stef--- I like the color food challenge too! Right now I'm busy with work, but soon Miranda and I will come up with something, right Miranda? ;-)
