Hey everyone.
Have you forgotten about me yet? lol. Anyhow, I just started school last night, and I have class T/W/Th. So that means no working out for me. My goal is to work out Fri-Mon. But, I don't wanna burn out, so for now, I'm goign to try to walk on Sundays and Mondays, until I feel good about running, then run. Then slowly integrate my runs into Saturday (with the bf after golf, he was all for it woohoo), then every other Friday (when I'm not working, I'm off every other friday), and then finally, every friday.
So, I have a plan in place. In the end, it'll only be 4 days a week, but with the walk to class, at least I get some extra "excersise" in place.
I'm excited that school has started, that my budget is going ot start in October and I'm goign to be paying off cc's, and that I'll be working out. Slowly, but surely. I think I will have to adjust my goals for now, but overall, I think this may work. If I slowly get myself back up to doing thigns at night, it won't be so hard. =)

You guys are so great for support. And yup, me being excited and trying to contain myself......I'm learning. Cuz most times I'll just burn out and quit. Not this time.
And someone just asked me if I was eating a salad. I'm so bad. McD's double cheeseburger, fries and a coke.
On the upside, i fully plan on going shopping this weekend for food. GOOD healthy food. =)

Sounds like a very workable plan you have thought out Cher- and I really like the taking it easy at first, and slowly (successfully) increasing the amount you'll work out.
