Alright, ladies. Wish me luck. I found this website today and I'm ready to renew my committment to nutrition and fitness....tomorrow. Gone will be the unhealthy junk food that beckons my name from the kitchen. Gone will be the Pepsi and Coke to which I have become addicted. Why? Because all of it is going into my body tonight! Oh yes. I'm having quite the little pig out. Chocolate, ice cream, pizza for dinner. You name it and I've had it. After what I've done, I should probably think about naming my first born Sarah Lee or Debbie. It's no wonder why my a$$ applied for its own zip code.

I'm just kidding. I did have pizza for dinner tonight and I'll probably have some chocolate, later. However, I've decided that I'm not going to forbid myself the foods I love. I'm going to wean myself off of the soda, though and replace it with water. I'm also going to do my best to keep a daily journal, but I'll have to see how well that works with my schedule.

All of this typing has made my tummy growl. I wonder if there are any cookies left.

Have a wonderful evening.

Nicole good luck starting off today. The soda limiting is a wonderful start! It can be tough to stop drinking it, but soon you'll find water is mmm-mmm good!!

Wishing you good health ~IG

I haven't had sugar-free Kool-Aid since I was a little girl. I can't even remember how it tastes, but you can bet I'll be trying it. It'll be a nice way to keep myself from getting burned out on water.
