Yeah. I am free and clear to resume all normal activities. Which means I can now work out. Yippee. I need it. Boy am I getting fat. Same weight, but my clothes are tighter. Yuck.
Help me out here. I need to figure out which days to work out. I have one class that I have to attend on Wednesday's, so that's out. I have an online class that I think I'll have to do at least 1-2 hours a day at home, minus Wednesday.
Before, I was going to work out Fri-Mon. And most likely Fri's wouldn't happen. Those are the days I finally get to see bf. lol. So, i tend to skip.
I was thinking, start slowly, so hit the gym

Cheryl- I'm right there with you trying to figure out a workout plan for myself, lol! I'm hoping that within a few weeks I'll have something figured out. Maybe the * new* challenge will help us ;-)
For now though I think Miranda's advice of not overscheduling yourself is good! Here's to both of us getting used to a schedule again, and soon!

Miranda, thanks for the advice. I was going to play softball on Tues's, but realized, I have class on Wed. Not good, especially since I'm a procrastinator. So, that is out.
I'mthinking Sun/Mon/ and aim for Thurs. And yes, goign to the gym.
IG, join me, shall you? lol. Nah, I'm going to see what the challenge is, but start on my 3 days a week, and then add in saturday runs'.
