Hi, I'm new here and I want to lose some weight. I've never had to until I hit my 30's and I realize it doesn't come off as easy as it used to. I also take antidepressants which I was told it might make me put a few pounds on but it can be lost.
Let me start, I hardly eat breakfast and sometimes no lunch. I only drink coffee so that fills me. When dinner time rolls around I eat and eat and eat some more until I go to bed. I have a very sweet tooth and so does my hubby so its in the house.
I know what I have to change, but its sooo hard. Its pretty much changing my whole daily life, but the weight is coming on a little too fast now.

I'm going to sound like a skipping CD here...but I have to say eating breakfast is KEY to getting healthy! Plus drinking water! (Now I will also admit to you that there have been mornings when coffee seems to be enough for me too....but I know better, so often pop a granola bar, yogurt and fruit in my bag for a later breakfast- just a thought....)
