Ruby Red Grapfruit, Pimento (if you like that kind of thing), blood oranges (kinda tasty), cherries, pomegranate, red cabbage, and I think the others mentioned the other things I was thinking.

My current favorite

PLUMS!!! (I've had three so far today.) Thanks Miranda for giving me another reason to go out and buy some more. I've been going through 3-5 a day for almost 3 weeks. LOL. O well It's one of the few fruits that no one else will touch.

Another one I like but haven't picked up yet is Ruby Red Grapefruit.

How about, if you love Tomatoes and love corn chips, make some bruschetta:

Get two or three roma tomatos and chop them up or pop them in the food processor

Grab a couple (or 4) cloves of garlic and a handful of fresh basil

Add a sprinkle of salt and a drizzle of olive oil and mash up together (or blend in food chopper/processor)

This is the best!!!

Wow! No suggestions as I think everyone covered it, but I'm stealing some of those ideas....especially the bruschetta. Yummy!

And how about RED Jello lol. The low fat kind.
