Silly Diet Goal But Alot of us Do it

My husband made a comment last night, calling me a skinny girl.
I laughed. Because my intepretation of skinny, is what I was in highschool and college. (Which was 20 years ago) and I am 25 pounds from highschool weight. I can not imagine being that skinny, in fact back then, I think I was underweight. (Who knew back then that I was already at my ideal of the height and weight charts)
I ask you this, how many of you out there are going after the goal of being what you weighed in highschool and college? Is this realistic?????

Not me... I was extremely thin in high school (always thinking I was fat, though..of course).

Well, currently I am the weight I was in College and my latter high school years.
Well I know for sure that as much as I would LOVE to say that I weighed in at 115 again, that ship has sailed, never to return.

I agree with the others....it would be nice, but not realistic at all. How much do you think you have changed emotionally or pyschologically since those days? Well we've changed physically too ;-)
(I was never that worried about my weight back then, though I wasn't that thin either- I don't even remember what I weighed back then- oh, they were the days!)

Good question.
I don't think I could get back to where I was. In HS I was a whopping 100lbs. lol. Yup. 5'1" and 100lbs. Man I miss that. I thought I was getting fat when I weighed 105 by senior year. How SICK is THAT?
My weight goal is 115lbs, but I'll be happy with a size 6 at any weight. Man oh man I miss being a size 5, fitting into size 4's, and all that. lol.
I think I would be anexoric to get to that point again. I always assume, when I lose weight, I would have been doing weights and gaining muscle, so I'll never weight that little again.
I think I"m pretty realistic with my goals.
