I started the challenge and I am very excited. Thank you to all those who posted on my other message. I just wanted to say that I started and I hope someone would like to complete the challenge with me. I jogged yesterday after work and also worked out my legs. This morning, I jogged and worked back. I realize that it is suppose to me every other but I really do want to win. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks,

Congrats on getting organized! I am not doing the challenge, but I have. I just wanted to put in my .02. Take it easy and smooth. Don't overdo yourself. Alot of the people that are doing this challenge are also using supplements. If you have considered them, do some research, you can find similar products at a health food store for less. Take the nutritional information in (got mine off the website for EAS) and read up on them all.

If you are not going to use the "extras" then that is fine, I personally bought a meal replacement shake and that was it. It helped keep my meals going. I really enjoyed my results, and I did only what they recommended I do. Yeah, at first I started out all gung-ho worried it would take too long, but don't burn out on it.

Your free day is very important and even though in the back of your mind you feel guilty, you will do great! Free day is wonderful! You don't have to eat like a pig, just enjoy some of the pleasurable foods you do not get in the program. I think I ate a whole bag of Halloween candy one time, literally in one sitting. If you need some support or have ?s just let me know. I will try to help if I can!

Hi ya...

I keep meaning to really look into BFL because I'm currently training to be a personal trainer and from what I've heard it is a successful program for most. SO I would be greatly interested in hearing how you are doing and what's going on. I've talked to a few triathletes who have done the program with great results but so far I have not. However who knows what I'll try the next time I hit a plateau. Right now other then Swimming, Biking, and Running, I do core work on the swiss ball, stretching, and belly dancing. (For fun and abs)

What's body for life? I'm not too up on fitness programs yet. I just do pilates for core streingth/flex. and strength training on the machines. I really need to up my cardio but time to get to a class is tough. I'd like to start running, but I'm afraid to look stuid. (Too many years of ballet training and now I run on my toes.)

P.S. I also highly advocate a day off from watching your diet. I find that if I watch all week, on the weekends, I'll let myself eat whatever I want. This is a great way to satisfy any cravings and learn moderation without calorie counting.
