Hi, Glad I found this board. I'm a 32 yr old sahm to school aged children. Over the past 5 years the flab has snuck up on me. I'm officially avoiding family photos, lol, and a carb addict. Although I only weigh 125, I'm very small boned and petite, and I look more like 140. I have the spare tire, big bum and flabby thighs. I've decided to start with 20 mins of cardio (elliptical or walking), and 1/2 hour of weights every day. Eating plan is 3 meals with 3 protien/veg/fruit snacks during the day eated at the same time every day. I love all carbs and chocolate, so I've decided I can treat myself to one treat every friday night. (otherwise I think I would go crazy). Just came for the support, because I need it to keep me on track. It seems like a great board, and I can't wait to get to know y'all better. My goal is to loose 10 lbs of fat and gain some muscle by new years eve.
