Since it's butt week of the challenge how about some suggestions to work on our gluteus maximus'?

I'm going to get out my rollerblades and do some hills this week, that is killer on the glutes!!
Great idea Miranda-- how's the weather up by you these days? Not too icy or anything yet, right?
I'll probably stick to walking and squats this week to work my glutes ;-)

I found a *butt* and muscle question over on the 'Ask Kathy Smith' board, and thought I'd share the link with anyone who was interested.
The question is this; I am trying to gain muscle mass in my butt. Which will make me gain muscle: doing squats with weights or doing squats without weights?
