My knees hurt again

They were making funny hurting feelings last night when I was going down the stairs to the subway. I'm doing some weights to strengthen them on my chiro's direction, so hopefully that is helping a little. But I'm going to take the day off from teh gym and just go for a walk and get some sushi (yum).

I think I lost maybe 1 lb since last week, but hopefully we'll be able to see more this week. The only day I know I won't be able to work out next week is Thursday because I have to attend focus groups for one of my clients. So I'm shooting for 4 days.

That's it!

Sorry about the knees Erica.

I think you are making a great choice by taking a walk day. Another feel good thing is peppermint lotions (such as at the body shop) The invigorating smell and the tingling effect often help my legs on their owiest days. Just think of it as a mini spa treatment for your knees. ;)

Also, Congratulations on the weight loss, every pound adds up.

Have a great weekend.

Oh Erica- I hope those knees heal soon- nothing worse than a bit of pain to throw you off kilter for a while. Sabrina's suggestion of a mini spa sounds great!

Well done on another pound gone....oh how I wish I could be saying the same ;-)

Here's to next week being a great week for you ~IG

Happy Halloween!

Yes I do!

In fact, I've been so stressed about the state of the world that my chirorpactor could hardly move my jaw the last time I saw her. It's jaw, hips, knees, you name it.

I wish there was some magic relaxant that I could (legally!) take that would give me energy to work all day, patience to deal with a husband and toddler at night, relaxation to sleep peacefully and peace of mind so I don't perpetually fear that the world is about to literally go up in smoke...

Hey Erica, I think the spa idea sounds great for your knees.
