Did any of you watch this show last night at 8 on NBC???

I felt myself crying several times listening to these peoples confessionals and such. WOW!!! I want that girl personal trainer. Some of them lost 22 lbs in ONE week…if I saw results like that I’d be THRILLED!

Honestly and watching it last night too, there is no cruel things so far. They had them do a bakeoff. It's all about making sure they are really dedicated and making sure they motivate their team members.

Last night was heartbreaking, Matt gained 3 lbs, the only thing I didn't like is they were all really discouraged because they were 'visibly' thinner and yet one guy gained and most didn't lose anything or just a few lbs, so they were all upset didn't know what happened etc. and the trainer didn't say anything about muscle weighing more than fat or anything, I thought that was odd. I think they also should have taken their measurements for days like these so they know so you didn't lose any lbs on the scale but you lost 7 inches...so they would still feel successful.

That guy matty was crying I felt so bad for him. And the elimination ceremony the guy Brad or Brian was a JERK he said I am sorry Dave but I have to eliminate Lizzette making everyone think he chose Dave and then he laughed. As if somehow that was really funny to laugh at this girls expense. I was pissed, he's like "Well I want to be able to go through this and be able to laugh" Sure, than laugh at yourself, not at the girl being eliminated. I was mad.

Matty just broke my heart, he was so upset, gained 3 lbs.

You know every week when I watch this show I expect that it’s going to get tacky, it’s going to be mean or cruel. But every week I am totally inspired by these peoples dedication and will power to lose this weight and to do what it takes. It inspired me so much that I went grocery shopping and revamped the whole fridge to start anew and this weekend will be back on the horse working out.

I am so inspired, as a total group they have lost 100’s of pounds. That’s amazing! They are more confident, and their willpower is amazing, this week they all resisted temptation of a huge cinnamon bun to get a free 10 minute phone call home. They resisted it for 10 mins then they got a box that said if you eat the bun you can get a 15 minute phone call and they ALL resisted it again. As home sick as these people are they are that dedicated to losing weight. They all passed the test and were rewarded with all getting a 5 minute phone call free.

It’s just inspiring to see them working so hard and man I wish I had the red teams trainer to come scream at me everyday, but I’d like the blue teams trainer because he is yummy!!!!

Aaron got booted this week Steffy sorry!

I think red is on the eat less & blue is eat more.

but the eating more is veggies. on nbc.com some of the contestats posted meal plans.

I think the reason they don't talk about specifics of the eating plan is so that people out there aren't doing it which could potentially open them up to lawsuits from our lawsuit happy society.

Chet (and his cynical ways) thought that maybe it was because NBC would later try to sell the diet programs they did, as their own .. as in "DIETS FROM THE BIGGEST LOSER"...proven to work on national television kind of thing.

I understand the 'not opening up liability' thing though!

Last night's episode really made me mad. They shouldn't have voted Matt off, first off he's the biggest loser for that group. Secondly I've always thought he was very encouraging of the others. So to hear them say he was only out for himself etc. was in my opinion way off base.

Lisa blew it last night, if you knew you got anxiety attacks from stairwells or closed in places then she should have told them at the beginning and said she couldn't do it. She blew it, and then when she comes back she starts yelling at everyone and NOBODY said anything negative to her about losing, I wanted to smack her.

If anyone should have went it should have been dave. A) He ate the cupcake and B) he doesn't work out as hard as any of them. He should have went but then Lisa made me mad with her attitude.

I loved to see how GREAT matt looked in the after picture. What jerks they were. I can't believe that guy Dave is over the age of 40 and is so petty! Blech!

I don't necessarily dislike lisa I just felt she was WAY out of line getting pissed at people in the gym when NOBODY blamed her for the loss and the nasty things she said at vote off time was uncalled for in my opinion.
