Keeping a Journal??

Hi Ladies,

I just wanted to make a suggestion.
The single thing that has helped me reach and keep my goals is journaling what I eat each day. It is more effective than anything else I do. Having it there in black and white helps me to keep track of what I am eating. You can't lie or forget when it is right there in black and white.

So, no matter what diet you are on. I think journaling will help you reach your goals much better.

Goodnight

Journaling really helps me too. It helps me to really think about setting realistic goals and figuring out how to overcome obstacles. It also helps me plan better, which helps me stay on track. When I journal, I get back on track quicker if I fall off the wagon and it keeps me accountable.

Yes, journalling is wonderful way to keep you on your toes, and help you see where you're doing great, and where extra work is needed. We have a great 'Journal' section, which at the moment many of us are using to keep track of our 'challenges' in the Back to School challenge. But you will see if you go back a couple of weeks we usually use it as a traditional journal.

I'm sure there are a few of us who have *home* journals to use, as opposed to 'board' ones!

Thanks for the reminder ~IG
