Time to update our website!

Sun, 10-24-2004 - 1:49pm

It's been a while since I made some changes over on our website (http://pages.ivillage.com/cl-vi_islandgirl/) and it seems like many of the posters on our mini profile page are no longer posting with us.

This week I'll be working on updating our blurbs on the website. If you would like to be part of the profile page please take a moment and write a brief introduction (including your age and location)

....bumping up-

I'm assuming if you haven't posted to this thread that either a)you want your profile to stay 'as is' OR b)you don't want to be on the page.

Now's your chance to post up- hopefully I'll do the changes tomorrow morning, or at least sometime tomorrow ;-)

Happy Halloween!

Lorie hkdredbelt

31 Michigan

I found this board in mid October (2004)and have already enjoyed it a great deal. After having read magazine artilces and having seen on TV female athletes my senior from anywhere to a couple of years to nearly twenty years, I decided that I could, and should, work on my health and fitness. My diet goals are to eat well as consistently as possible and to add more fruits and veggies. My exercise goals are to lose inches from certain areas of my body and to increase my endurance. I would love to be able to continue to train in some form of martial arts into my fifties, as does one of our female black belts, and beyond.

Here are my changes.

*Robyn ~ torturedsoul*

~ 31 ~ NY ~

I started posting in April 2004. My goal now is to be healthy and be

able to enjoy life to the fullest. I would love to be a size 4 but that

might not be healthy for me. I want to make exercising an enjoyable

part of my daily life. I have 3 cats & a great boyfriend. I love to read

and love doll houses & doll house stuff.
