You're too funny Kerstin, I'm glad you'll join us on this challenge- albeit under protest, lol! As for the *boobage* causing difficulty....I hear ya'- one thing that helps me, esp. with push-ups, is doing them on the ball. I will have to get a wet rag to it later on....haven't used it in a while and I'm sure it needs a cleaning!
I appreciate Kerstin's boobs insight. It's especially a problem when we try to do a push up and the arms give out and we fall flat on them.
When the Grand Master came to our dojo for our annual three hour seminar, he had us doing finger tip push ups, well some of us did that. Master Jamie "excused" the female students. I hate push ups, but I know I need to do them. I would certianly bet doing them for a month will make such a difference. I am looking forward to the results. I don't mind crunches and stuff.
Okay. I'm in. As for push-ups being harder for women, it's cuz we don't have as developed pecs as men.

Interesting thought, but I don't believe it's valid. I have issues with push-ups and don't have boobage. What's my excuse then? lol. I WANT A BOOBAGE EXCUSE!!!!
I WISH I had a few extra pounds in the boob department making it harder to do sit ups and push ups...actually, it would make the push-ups easier because I wouldn't have to dip down so far, right? ...you're just bragging, Kerstin!
