OK ladies- enough boobage talk.....how are you doing on those crunches and push-ups? Am I the only one who did them yesterday? How many did you do?

I'm being good.
Yesterday: No situps but I did do 16 miles on the bike.
Today: 50 situps / 25 oblique crunches per side / 50 crossovers. (elbow to opposite knee while standing.)
also I'm about to go for a run at 4pm so I'm on track and I didn't mention the "b" word.
