I did 25 crunches, 15 push ups. I need to step it up a bit, but it was a start. I wonder if I should do push ups before weights next time.

Hi IG...

I'm being good.

Yesterday: No situps but I did do 16 miles on the bike.

Today: 50 situps / 25 oblique crunches per side / 50 crossovers. (elbow to opposite knee while standing.)

also I'm about to go for a run at 4pm so I'm on track and I didn't mention the "b" word.

Where is my halo?
