I've done my push ups and sit ups. After reading other posts, I need to step up and do more. Anyway, after doing push ups or weights and/or after intense sessions of working on punches in class, I have some pretty intense neck pain, no pain in the arms, a bit in the shoulders. Anyone have any suggestions for stretching or relaxing an aching neck?

Well I have to admit that I didn't do any push-ups or crunches yesterday- what? The CL slacking, lol!!! Today. today there WILL be some done!
