Push-ups; 25 Crunches; 30 Exercise; 2 mile walk in the park- yes, that's right ladies I'm up early on a Saturday, and have already been down in the park for my walk. There were a few people down there already so it was 'lively' enough down there to keep me going. Felt good as the weather hasn't really heated up yet, it's 81F!!!
Sorry it's been crazy. Hubby out of town, PTA board and committee meetings, not to mention a Star Student celebration for Cory. I did manage a couple of 30 min belly dancing sessions last week for abs and I raked leaves today (arms). No real crunches or pushups so I've been bad but expect to get back on the Challenge Wagon Mon.
Sabrina- you're doing great (I read the TRI post, and it looks like you have your week set up). It will be super to have more push-ups and crunches added to our challenge!
