"That time" = snack time

Ugh! I have the worst habit with PMS. I eat and eat! My goals for November include getting a handle on my weekend binges of beer and junk food, but every month without fail I go through a few days of eating just to eat. The only thing associated with it, is my period. Am I alone??

My co-workers know when I order a burger and fries at lunch that it's "that time." Oddly enough, drinking chocolate milk for those few days makes me happpy. I feel like I have had a treat. I'm trying not to eat so much due to PMS.

You know I'm so bad of being "aware" of "that time" approaching....one thing I do notice is that I get more aggitated (and have 'buttery' fingers- you know- dropping everything, lol) as for eating....um- well I don't think it's any different than usual, it probably is a little, I'm just not that aware of it!
Though on reflection (just now) I have been having a chocolate craving for the past few days, and although I have some 'mini' peppermint patties in the freezer they're untouched. Hummmmm- I'll probably over do it over the next few days, mayber I should just give in and have one or two....
