Thanks Everyone for your input on my losing weight. You are all right about more calories and I dont want to lose it to fast either, 3 years ago I lost 40 pounds and kept it off all this time. I only lost 1-2 pounds a week. Which im ok with just bothers me doing all this work and not at least losing a pound in two weeks. And I am 196 and in a lose 16, muscle builds fast in my family. I'm 5'4 so I'm short too. So I'm going to try and eat little healthy snacks. I'm also afraid of gaining weight since I quit smoking. I was wonder if since I quit, maybe that was fighting my body? Anyone know?
