I did 40 crunches and 10 pushups (not including the ones I tried while DS18mos was jumping on my back LOL).

Miranda...I forgot to post last week but on Friday I did 75 reverse crunches and 75 regular crunches...along with the ones in my classes that I don't count because I'm just trying to keep up!

I am at 40 of each so far this week. I definitely want to increase the number of crunches I do.

Here's a YAHOO! health tip I just saw-


CRUNCH TIME


Great abs gives you more just a flat stomach.

Here's how to get them-
Develop your abdominal muscles by starting with basic sit-ups (knees bent)
Work your way up to using an incline bench or ball.


This powerful core of muscles provides strength for all of your other activities.

.....ah, now I know your secret! I thought that you were doing 100 crunches at a time! Breaking them up into segments is a great idea!!! Since I haven't done mine today yet, I'll try 'your' way tomorrow. Some in the morning, some more tomorrow evening.


Don't worry, you're still our CRUNCH MACHINE :-)
