I admire you for 100 crunches. I finally stepped it up last night, not that much though. I did 20 oblique crunches on each side and 20 regular crunches. I only did 5 push ups, the Stott Pilates 4 count kind.
But first, Steffy, the way I get a good "workout" in the bathroom is this. Stand far away, go up ON your toes when you do them, do them slowly, and I do no less than 15 at a time. =) Makes my arms burn a bit. =) But then again, you do karate, so maybe that's nothign to you. ;)
Not to get off track here, but your dog is cute, Cher. Is it a collie or part collie? My sis and I grew up with Shelties, now my two younger sisters have one, after mom said no more dogs. I told her they needed pets since we had pets.

I did push ups on the bathroom counter yesterday ... (I'm copying your ideas Cher)...
30 of them total and ok...so they were meant to work the triceps more than the chest.
