When I move out of my apartment (hopefully next year) getting a Sheltie will be one of my first orders of business. I'd love a four-legged walking buddy.
I know what you mean. My arms need the extra push ups too. I am usually happy with my kicks, but I sometimes feel like my punches are weak. I know that can be about technique too, but it seems so much easier for the guys with their upper body advantage.
I've been trying to do fewer "girl" push ups and more regular ones.

Those make my arms burn too ~ even though I do karate, my arms could use some serious shaping up!
This is why...this week, I vow to at least do some pushups and tricep dips.
