Dream Therapy

A little think therapy may help you sleep more deeply.

Research shows that cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can help teach chronically sleep-deprived people how to think and behave in ways that promote sleep. CBT works by helping people break their habitual reactions to situations and learn new thought patterns that relieve symptoms.

RealAge Benefit: Getting 6 to 8 hours of sleep per night can make your RealAge as much as 3 years younger.

Are you all making sure that you're getting your zzzzzzzzz's????

....yep, still getting my 7-8hrs per night! That part of the last challenge was really helpful to me. Before that I was getting by (how I don't know, lol) on about 6hrs or less!!! Now I NEED those seven hours.
Moderation IS Key!
