I have one that came with a ball that is balanced in it's focus on lower body, ads and upper body. It's kind of an overview, but they sell detailed versions of each. The instruction is good and the music and setting is peaceful. I pull if out when I want a workout, but need a sort of "refreshing" experience. When I go home for lunch I will see who produced it.

Almost anything I've purchased from Karen Voight is good.

Thanks - her stuff looks great! With two kids (one 3 and the other 9 mos) it's just too hard to get to the gym every day. I figured I may as well start a DVD collection for those days when I just can't get out.

Hi Laurie, and welcome by the way!

I have a Bollinger ball, and it came with a pretty decent video. It's only about 20-25mins long, but has some great exercises that you could do w/out the video when you are really just stretched for time, or bored, lol!

Another one I have (I got from one of our posters here actually) is a Karen Voight one.....it's good too. It's the BLT (butt, legs, thighs) Stability Workout, and is 25mins long.

And yet another one is from Kathy Smith (which is my least favorite of the ones I own). It's Timesaver Shaper Ball Workout and is 30mins long.

You can also find some sites that have exercises (with pictures) on them- here's a few:

Hope that helps!
Good Luck ~IslandGirl

I am so not a Kathy Smith Fan I know she is HUGE in the fitness industry but I don't find her videos good at all. Am I the only one out there that feels this way?

The instructor's name is Suzanne Deason. The title is just "balance ball."

I saw the upper body and abs videos on the Collage Video site. I might get the abs one. I am trying to build my home workout library a little at a time for variety and different types of exercise.

Good luck with you choice.

Though I prefer Denise's video's....but oh that voice. I know we've had this discussion before....but had to throw it in here, lol!

I tried Kathy Smith's stuff; I tried a weights video and a cardio thing, but I just didn't like any of them. I went to the library because I needed a break from my Walk Away videos, which I do like. I found this stuff The Method put out, "Kick Jab and Burn" and "Cardio Boot Camp." Those I liked. Both are divided into three 15 minute sets so one can do 1, 2 or 3 sessions, but each one is a kick in the butt.
