I also did 40 crunches, 20 regular and 20 oblique.
Last week I totally slacked off towards the end, and this week, I've not got any pushups in, so I will have to get moving tonight!

Bored of doing regular crunches--- here's a Denise Austin tip:
If standard crunches are starting to get old, why not give Reverse Crunches a try! They're easy!
Lie on your back with your hands palms down just beneath your buttocks and your back pressed flat to the floor. Then bend your legs at the knees, cross your legs at the ankles, and lift them above you. Using your lower abs, pull your hips up off the floor a few inches and release. Exhale as you lift your bent knees toward your chest and keep your knees bent at the same angle throughout.
The movement should be very small and controlled, using your abdominal muscles, not momentum, to lift your lower half off the floor. Repeat two sets of eight to 12 repetitions, resting for 15 seconds between sets.
Reverse crunches are a great way to tackle a problem spot for many women—those lower abdominals!
