Okay, ladies, in honor of the holiday coming up this week . . .

If you were to "discover" a new place, or travel to a new destination (a la the pilgrims) where is the one place you would go to that you have never been before??

If you were to "discover" a new place, or travel to a new destination (a la the pilgrims) where is the one place you would go to that you have never been before?? The Pacific Northwest, both stateside and into Canada.

If you were to serve dinner to a group of people you had never met, what would you serve??
I made spinach and mushroom stuffed chicken breast for my boyfriend on Friday night. I was so excited that it turned out well. I would do that again.

What is the one dish you eat at thanksgiving that you couldn't imagine going without?
My mom's stuffing.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone.

How about visiting St. Kitts or Dominica- both renowned for their beauty and tranquility-- one day I'll get to one or both!! (They're only a hop, skip and a jump from here!!)

My 'Arroz Con Pollo' (spanish rice w/chicken)- it never fails as a crowd pleaser!

Probably the TURKEY, with dressing (sans celery please!) on the side. YUM!
