Here's one holiday that really revolves around food!

So- couple of questions and things to remember;

What are you doing for Thanksgiving?

Will you be counting up your calories, or simply making thoughtful choices?

Do you plan on working out on Thursday?

I got an email from Denise Austin this morning that had a pretty scary fact in it-
According to researchers from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, the average American gobbles down between 2,000 and 4,000 calories during their Thanksgiving Day meal!

Check out some of the T'Giving foods we consume-

What are you doing for Thanksgiving?
Going to a friends house with about 5 others.....don't know what time, etc....still have to find all that out. I'll call her later on to check.

Will you be counting up your calories, or simply making thoughtful choices?
Probably won't be counting calories, but I will be watching what goes on the plate- especially with potatoes and all those yummy things!!

Do you plan on working out on Thursday?
I plan on taking at least a one mile walk-- I'll see what everyone else is doing.

What are you doing for Thanksgiving?

We are having the in-laws over. Woo Hoo. My husband does the turkey and stuffing and I do the rest. I'm cheating this year. I bought pies instead of making. I'm keeping it simple and easy because I just get Thursday off and would rather do nothing than spend the day cooking and cleaning up after.

Will you be counting up your calories, or simply making thoughtful choices?

I'll do the best I can to count my calories out of curiosity more than anything. I'm going to try to make good choices by watching portion control, however, I'm not going to deprive myself that much. I will probably skip the mashed potatoes and snacky type stuff. I'll probably try a bit of everything though.

Do you plan on working out on Thursday?

I will do some yoga if I can fit it in. It's so relaxing and will need to relax after the in-laws.
