Hi all :)

I survived Thanksgiving did you? LOL Last week was a riot.

Ok here's my check in...

The Good
I lied I got on the scale today and I've maintained at 130. YAY Me. LOL Considering all the food I've eaten this week, I'm shocked. Last week was TTOTM and a scheduled rest week so I only ran a few times a tip Heather take your every 4th week as a rest week and take it seriously, it will help keep you injury free and TRIing for a long long time. By the Way you did fantastic last check in. I am so impressed :) You will be more than ready for that sprint. This week the rest is over... I'll be swimming today, biking Tues-Wed and running Tues-Thurs-Sat.

The BUSY
Not workout related... I had an author's tea for the 48 students who published books this month today. Wed, I'm holding a Volunteer Orientation for a neighboring school who is implementing our publishing program. Thurs, I'm volunteering at the school's holiday gift shop. I have to go on a supply shopping trip today or tomorrow for the planned Author's Night in Jan. And Finally

The UGLY
I was trying to jam so much into such a short amount of time yesterday that I goofed and sent only 5 dollars with Nicholas today in an envelope that should have had 25. He is my rigid child and I Know it must have upset him greatly. Luckily they called me and I was able to run up the other 20 to him so he could do his shopping. I forgot to ask Alex and Cory what their question of the day was so they won't get an answer today. Sounds small but sometimes it can be a big thing to them. O and I'm having the dickens of a time with our perscription meds service. They still haven't sent the correct insulin for DH and he is using his backup insulin which doesn't work as well and keeps both of us from sleeping and in his words feeling wimpy. I get to call them yet again today and kick some more butt. LOL O well I'm good at that. Sorry I haven't been able to check in daily with everyone It's just crazy around here right now.

How Are you? Everyone Check in.

Sounds like a busy week Sabrina- isn't it amazing how busy some weeks can seem? I know exactly about those small things upsetting children. Luckily all of mine were on top of their game today, and the morning at least went by smoothly enough.

My week ahead-

Health: On the wagon, in earnest. I VOW to workout at least THREE times this week. It's going to be a hectic week but I know I can do it!

Work: Only one meeting scheduled for after school this week. What a relief! However I do have to attend 3 practice sessions for my blackjack dealer stint that will be on Saturday for our annual school fundraiser.

Personal: No known birthdays approaching- phew, a break! I do have the Las Vegas Night fundraiser on Saturday night. It's so much fun, so I'm really looking forward to it. Most of my friends are going to be there too. It's a long night, but a blast! I've to get my hair done either Friday or Saturday, and work on my tan, as I'm going to be wearing a short black dress, I think!!

.....from then on December is cRaZy ;-)

I have short timers disease....LOL

Last Week, I kicked some major butt at the gym, 2 spins,3 runs and 2 swims along with 2 Bodyflows and 2 days of weights...Kinda wiped me out a bit so what I've got planned for later this week should be just in time! ;)

Heather YOU RAWK

Congrats on the weight loss and the continued Kick butt training. Disney sounds like a killer and well deserved break. Say Hi to Mickey For me.

As for water in the ears I suffer from it a lot the best solution (besides earplugs and a swim cap which I hate to wear both). Is over the counter drops. Swimmers ear or auro-dri are both good. I use them whenever I've gone for a swim and the clogged feeling doesn't clear up in an hour or so. Sometimes It takes a few applications but The drops definetly work. In fact I had to use them today and I already feel better.
