I lost 3 lbs. Not sure how, I've been eating the same, the only thing I did was add back in all my vitamins and supplements since for 2 weeks I wasn't taking them and I lost 3 lbs on my PMS week....I'm psyched! I guess maybe the supplements keep things going after all.

Well on the recommendations from the Hamptons Diet MD. I take a multiple amount of supplements:

I take 2 TBS of flaxseed oil in my protein shake every morning

-A Multivitamin (with lunch)
- 600 mg of chromium (200 mcg. 3 times a day with meals)
- 1500 mg of Carnitine (500 mg. 3 times a day on an empty stomach between meals)
- 300 mg of Coenzyme Q10 (100 mg 3 times a day with meals)
- 1800 mg of Glutamine (600 mg 3 times a day on an empty stomach between meals)
- 1500 mg of Green Tea Extract (500 mg. 3 times a day with meals)
- 2 tablets of achidophilus
- 2 GNC hair/nails/skin formula with extra biotin (for hair loss associated with PCOS)
- 3000 mg. of Primrose Oil (1000 mg 3 times a day with meals)

I have a nice little pattern down of when I take them. It seems like a lot but it's not once you are in a routine, but with the move and everything at work I just was so tired at night for about 2 weeks I just didn't get my pills together every night.

I started taking them again and I feel great, lost 3 lbs and sleeping better and feeling better overall.
