Have any of you gotten the fitday.com software? I'm curious what your thoughts are. I have a friend who got it mostly because she still has a phone line internet connection and didn't want to mess with the internet. I was just wondering if any of you think it is worth getting?
Gretchen

No I don't have it, but would be interested in finding out what anyone who does have it thinks of it.
And while we're on the subject, I've a couple of questions myself-
It's mainly to do with the 'activity' section.............
What is considered 'basal' and 'lifestyle'?
Does anyone clock in their 'work' time? (I've done this a few times and the difference is quite a bit when it comes to "activities")
Should 'activities' be limited to your 'exercise' time only?
Right now w/out any 'exercise' my graph shows this-

Well they have this page under the "Help" tab-

I've not bought the software, but that's just becaue I'm cheap, baby!!
Yes it makes sense to me....and hey the more calories I burn a day the better. Right?
BUT then why do they have you put in a 'lifestyle level' in your profile- The choices are: Sedentary (bedbound), Seated Work, Seated Work (some movement) and Standing Work (housework)

Hey IG, if you're going to use Standing (Housework) for your activity level, then I wouldn't put standing in your activities.
