I've read that sort of article in a few places over the past couple of months. And you know the infamous 'Yoplait' commercials w/that yellow polka dot bikini!
Usually I'm not a milk drinker, every now and then I get the urge, but not daily- for sure. I am trying to have a couple of yogurts a week, and cheese.....but with the fat content I don't want to overdo that. Be interesting to really try it out for a week or two and see what happens though!
