...passing on some {{HUGS}} Cher-- I think Miranda's point of how people react to the pill is one to keep in mind over this situation. Talk to your doctor to see if they have any advice to pass on to you. And if you get the chance read Sabrina's post (Merry Christmas) for even further advice that is helpful to us THIS time of year.

Chin up girl....and smile :-)

Thanks everyone. I know I'm freaking out, but come on, after NOT gaining weight for two years and then BAM, 12 lbs in like 3-4 months? Sounds extreme to me. Yes, it could be the pill, but I thought the pill made you gain weight WHEN YOU GO ON, not when you come off! LOL.

Anyhow. It just depresses me more, so I dno't wanna do anything. I mean, what's the point? That's my attitude right now. I guess, I'm just depressed knowing that I will FOREVER have to work out to keep weight off. WTF!?!?! I mean, who wants to hit the gym 3-4 times a week for the REST OF THEIR LIFE!??! I have better things to do.

I guess, I"m just one of those ppl that would rather die unhealthy and happy as hell cuz I did everything and anything I wanted, versus dying healthy and lived my life at the gym.

Ugh. Just down about it. I was happy to be in the 130's, now I'm creeping into the 150's. And on my body, that's just horrible. It's just more depressing. And no, it doesn't motivate me at all, in fact, all it does is make me want to go to sleep so I don't have to think about it.

Blah. Here's hoping I'm in a better mood Monday (when I'm supposed to go ot the gym...and that's a HUGE supposed to).

Hey Cher, I know you are not looking forward to the prospect of "having to spend your life in a gym" but maybe you should look for some other exercise that you are more likely to enjoy!!

I see you received some good advice. Keep trying. This weight thing can be tough. It can be a constant battle, or as another poster said, a way of life. It's not such a bad way of life at that. I do agree that finding an exercise or sport that you like is key to sticking with it.

Good luck, Cher.

BTW, I like your sig. I was so tempted to buy a stuffed Stitch for myself when I was in the Disney store at the mall last year shopping for my sis. I still kinda want one; his big ears are so cute.
