Hi, Ladies!
Just wanted to say hi and Merry Christmas to all!
Quick update on me - I fell off the wagon at the end of the summer and had a hard time getting back on board. Right before Thanksgiving I pulled myself up by my bootstraps and resolved to give fitness and healthy eating another go. I've slowly been trying to incorporate more nutritious whole foods into my diet and phase out sugars, refined carbs, processed foods etc. At this point, I'm still indulging in some holiday goodies, but overall, I'd think I'm more motivated to eat healthier and I am spending more time on the food wagon than off it. The exercise wagon, however, is another story. I haven't been able to get myself in gear in that regard. I know I need to. I've been feeling down and stressed a lot over the past few weeks and exercise is like an antidepressant for me. I have more energy and cope better with life when I am getting rid of stress and tension at the gym. Why I haven't been able to get myself to the gym - well, I always have an excuse. Last year my new years resolution was to work out and get more exercise. I did that, but stopped after six months. If I could do it before, I know I can do it again. In 2005, I am going to try to set more realistic exercise goals and get right back on the wagon if I fall off.

Debbie, hi there!!
Hey Debbie, it sounds like you've got some good goals for the new year!
Great to see you Debbie! Good job on hopping back onto the healthy eating wagon-- I know you'll catch up to the exercise wagon soon! You and Steffy are not the only ones chasing it!!
As I said in the other post there will be a resolution post/discussion sometime this week-- let's all be thinking of our own goals in the meantime!
Hope to see you stopping by regularly again ~IG
