She has several different DVDs to choose from I already have a 1, 2, & 3 mile walks. Is there really any difference in all the other ones she has out there? There is Express Super Challenge, For Abs, Wieght Loss, etc.


Also, while I was looking I noticed she has a You Can Do Abs and You Can do Abs Yoga & Pilates. Has anyone tried those??

Gretchen I have several of her tapes, and though they do differ it's not all that much. I originally bought the WATP set of 1, 2 and 3 mile tapes....enjoyed them for a few months and they really helped me 'get into' the groove of exercising again. Then I went and bought the set for ABS (it comes with a belt) ...I love that set, and still use them (though I will admit they're probably getting a little dusty at the moment). I also bought the 'stretchie' set- but don't like those (well I guess the walks aren't bad, but the stretchie band didn't like heat that much and only lasted about 2 months)....


I also have the pilates,

Yep that's a big help. I'm just looking for something different I guess but something I'm actually going to do. I probably won't get anymore of Sansone's stuff because I do have the 1, 2, & 3 mile. Like to do those when I don't want to do anything to strenuous. Figure the others will probably be too similar. Need to find something that takes a little more work and/or works different areas of the body.


However, don't want anything to complicated I'm such a klutz I can trip in fall just walking in place and don't want anything to strenuous either that I feel I just can't do it. There are so many choices out there it's overwhelming. Diane gave me some good sites to look at so I'll peruse those some more.

I have the 1,2 & 3 mile ones that came with the weighted balls, except a friend taped them for me so I just used two pound free weights. I bought the ab series with the resistance thing. Although it's about the same as the original series, I do like it pretty well. It seems just a bit more intense. I still use them on nights I'm not in class or doing my Cardio Boot Camp DVD. Because of the three different lengths of the workouts, you can choose the one that fits into the day's schedule too.
