My biggest challenge has been excuses. I can come up with an excuse for anything! I hate that about me. But, I got a bit of motivation a few days ago with this piece. It's like the beginning of a sentence that you add on the ending as needed. Here goes...
"It is no longer okay...". For me several answers were:
1. to let my loved one's (illegitimate needs) come before my welfare and good health.
2. to stay up late beyond my bedtime so I can get up to exercise in the am.
3. to eat junk because I feel discouraged.
4. to be late to work (I've been late about 80% of the time.)
5. to do chores in the morning that can be done at night so as to not be late to work.
6. to stay in bed on workday mornings.
Hope this helps anyone reading.
