I found this article while looking for some info for another post and thought it deserved a post of it's own!


Great article, Miranda. Thanks. Kind of puts it in perspective. Good motivator. I like the fundamentals of fat loss list. That's what I'm going for in 2005. I noticed that #1 is do cardio and #2 is lift weights. I've been seriously neglecting the exercise component and hope to do a better job in the weeks and months to come.

I'm going to bump this one up too, as it has some good info for all of us, not just newbies!! LOL
great article! and soooooooo true. i think that's why i'll start that 8 minute workout in the morning, do cardio after work, and maybe some heavier weights in the evening.
here's hoping i get to the gym. i didn't yesterday. shhh.........
