Great article, Miranda. Thanks. Kind of puts it in perspective. Good motivator. I like the fundamentals of fat loss list. That's what I'm going for in 2005. I noticed that #1 is do cardio and #2 is lift weights. I've been seriously neglecting the exercise component and hope to do a better job in the weeks and months to come.

great article! and soooooooo true. i think that's why i'll start that 8 minute workout in the morning, do cardio after work, and maybe some heavier weights in the evening.


here's hoping i get to the gym. i didn't yesterday. shhh.........
