i'm 33 & need to loose my baby belly! i have 2 girls ages 5 & 3. i weigh 110 & have NOOOOO motivation to loose my tummy! my dh was my "trainer" after my babies were born, i lost my baby weight, and quit working out. i'm lazy & i can admit it!
my whole body looks just fine... except this little pooch. i know i can loose it, if i work at it. i've lost it before.... but my weaknesses are soda & NO motivation to keep doing those crunches! i need to eat better also. i have hypoglacemia & have to eat more than i'd like to. it's just a matter of staying away from sweets.
i resolve to do 75 crunches per day the first wk of 2005.
i guess i'm hoping to find the motivation i need here!
