OK, so first off....
HAPPY NEW YEAR
....now let's get down to business!!!
I'm sitting here thinking of how to really keep myself on the wagon during this month. And I know that when I feel accountable not only to myself but to the board too I do much better.
Here's what I suggest- in the 'Check In' folder I'll put up weekly posts for the month of January- for keeping track of our workouts. But rather than just a 'what did you do today' kind of post I'll include some mini challenges each week too.
For example-
WEEK 1
(Jan 1-7)
1. Go for a 30 minute walk - clear your head!
2. Have a stretching session this week - ease those muscles!
3. Eat your greens - absorb those vitamins!
...you up for it?? Go look for the post and tell us what you did yesterday!
