Happy NEW YEAR!!!

Hi Everybody,
I trust you all had a wonderful holliday thank goodness it's over I'm getting tired of eating. LOL The kids went back to school today and Krystal went back to Utah. So thankfully I can get back to my normal routine. Well routine with a twist anyway. Santa got me a Puppy for Christmas so I'm knee deep in potty learning right now. I'm happy to say I'm almost trained.
Anywho, I'll be around more now that life is calming back down. I still have a couple of big events at the elementary school over the next 10 days but I'm nearly ready so, It shouldn't keep me away from here too long. So How is everyone else? Did you get what you wanted for Christmas?
Sabrina

Hi Sabrina- good to see you, and it sounds like you had a great Christmas! What kind of puppy did you get? Small dog/Big dog.......were you expecting it? I want a dog- but my lease won't allow it :-(

Hi Ig...
I have a Chinese Crested Hairless. They are a toy breed and Yes and NO to the expecting it. It was a complete suprise but they are awful and keeping secrets so I knew about it a month before Christmas. LOL However I acted totally shocked when he was handed over on the 22nd. Frank, Korina, and Jesse all pitched in and bought him for me. His name is Sterling and he is a Doll baby. Although, I have a feeling I'm going to have to get really creative with training now that he is here. LOL Atleast the bike part. He is spoiled rotten already. We already have 2 dogs in the house and that is my personal prefrence so I wasn't planning on getting a puppy of my own for another 5 years or so when the older two would be sure to have moved out or there would sadly probably be another opening for a dog in the house. Jesse has a GLAB who is 2 1/2 and Korina has Great Dane who will be 5 this month. The GLAB lives in the "Dungeon" (Basement/apartment) with Jesse and we rarely see either of them. He is a cute bugger but soley Jesse's. William the Great Dane lives in the Main part of the house with all of us. Danes as a rule usually only live 10 years because of their size. He is such a funny sweet guy and we all adore him. But considering Sterling is just under 2lbs I don't think he'll take up too much room. :)
I lived a few years in an apartment that didn't allow animals. I know how frustrating that can be. I've always had some type of furry around except for that two years. IT was awful. My cat that was elderly and I had had since I was a kid actually had to stay with my mom. Luckily He was able to finish out his days with me.
