Changing your eating habits is a tough one, but it CAN be done.

LOL it's not as impressive as it sounds. :) This will be my 3rd season and Next month will mark the end of my second year as an athlete. TRUST ME I've never been athletic before in my life. I just sort of fell into it. I lost some weight and needed motivation to keep exercising because I started for health reasons. It just sort of got out of control. DH and I got a Bowflex for Christmas so I'm adding some Strenght training to my routine this year. We'll see if it gets me from last place to somewhere in the middle.

Welcome to the Board.

Body for Life's web sight has tons of recipies.
This is what I make the night before for breakfast the next day:
2 small red skinned potatoes, washed and diced
1/4 c of onion diced
use a tsp of olive oil to saute' until potatoes are soft
add 1 or 2 scrambled eggs
add a few slices of cooked and chopped turkey bacon
wrap it all up in a whole wheat tortilla
You can add salsa or a white cheese for more flavor

It's just the name: www.bodyforlife.com
Yesterday morning, I made a big dish of the breakfast burritos for my whole office. People seem to like it. I'm trying to be a healthy influence on my coworkers, but I don't think they quite appreciate my efforts yet. Oh well.

I am a basically lazy person, and when I am hungry all my motivation to eat healthy goes right out the window and I grab whatever will taste the best.

I'm not weighing again until end of Phase 1!
