Serious Jump-Start

So, I have to jump-start my weight-loss program, because unless I get some immediate positive feedback from my scale, I am destined to give up! I am doing what I call 2,4,6,8 (200 calories one day, 400 calories the next, etc...start again with 200 calories...). I need to do a juice-fast sort of thing and lots of water to cleanse my system, so this will fit in with the calorie levels. I'll do 2,4,6,8 for about 7 or 8 rounds (about a month). I bought Hoodia Gordonii from South Africa (which works well, by the way...but you have to take about 6 each day), and I have Stackers2 (TOTALLY effective). Ok, so I'm ready! I begin tomorrow...(drinking champagne right now to celebrate the start of my New Year's Resolutions! ... I finally wrote them down today!) So, New Years Resolutions do not start on January 1st in my house (I was still deciding what to do, and how to do it...), but when they finally start, they START!!!
I am 134 pounds right now (went to the doctor today to get a RX for medical compression stockings for my job as a flight attendant, so I KNOW the weight is correct...dammit.) and I'd like to get down to 114. I'm only 5'6", so 134 is a bit tubby. Gross.
PLUS, I need to exercise regularly just to stay healthy, you know? So...here I go. I am totally OCD with my digital scale (it measures me to the tenth of a pound) so I think I'll break the thing by weighing myself 40 times each day. Oh well...buy a new one, right??
So, is anyone going as EXTREME as I am?? Everything has to be all-or-nothing with me. That's just the way I am. We can do it!! Yay! A challenge!!! ~Kelly

Kelly I hate to be the devil's advocate here- but this plan seems VERY extreme to me! Too extreme!
I can understand that you are an all or nothing person, but this is your body and health here! I think a jump start plan like what you have described can be done.....but for a month!! A-ah....too long.
I would suggest cutting back on some calories, working out and drinking water.....
Give this "JUMP START" a little more thought, please

I'm going to add my caution here as well.
Just after the holidays on iVillage was a post in the box on the top left of the home page about a Holiday Recovery diet thing. I printed it out, but just the list of meals so I don't know how to direct you to that diet.
It was 1,000 calories per day for just two days. It was very balanced, but the servings were small and water was the drink, I think the only drink, for the two days.
If you are one to exercise, 200 or 400 calories wouldn't be enough, and you might get sick trying to do that.
Good luck.

Kelly, has your dr. given you any advice regarding your weight goals?
I'm not weighing again until end of Phase 1!
